About

A little about me and how I got here.

I came into instructional design because it brought together two things that have always come naturally to me: organizing complexity into something usable, and having the patience to meet learners where they are—especially when an idea needs to be explained a different way before it clicks.

Ten-plus years in, that work has taken me across healthcare, higher education, government, and corporate environments—often in spaces where learning supports confident decision-making, safe practice, compliance, and collaboration under pressure.

Higher Education & LMS Fluency

Hands-on experience designing online learning, partnering with faculty, and aligning courses with accessibility and quality standards.
